Someone shattered one of the rear windows on my truck while I was out of town. I currently live out in Lago Vista, so I searched for businesses that would serve the area, and stumbled upon Safeview Auto Glass. From the get go, it was nice for my call to be answered by a human by the name of Mike. After receiving my quote, which was the lowest price of the competition, I called the next day to book an appointment. Mike promptly showed up at my residence on a Saturday morning, actually earlier than expected, which was great. Mike completed the work, including vacuuming up the shattered glass that still littered the back seat, in under an hour, and the quality was above expectations! I truly appreciate the great work and professionalism that I received and highly recommend if you need auto glass services.

Michael was great! Next day scheduling, had the windshield replaced and recalibrated at my house in about an hour and it was great pricing. They are a great choice!

I had a great experience with Safeview Auto Glass, a local hometown business! My inquiry was answered promptly, they had the proper windshield on hand and it was installed within 2 days at my home. My auto insuror steered me to another nationwide windshield company which would have cost over $30 more. My previous experience with that company was not as seamless - I went to the shop for an appointment to find they had ordered the incorrect windshield. Therefore I had to return at a later date. Mike was great to work with, offers a lifetime warranty on the work and the price was reasonable. Very pleased and I recommend them.

I just got a new car and the first time I take it on mopac, a rock flies at my windshield and makes a chip with some small spider cracks.

I live in South Austin, but I found myself in Round Rock to buy some things that I can only get there. I pulled over and did a quick Google search and found Safeview auto glass repair.

The rest of the story is really simple. I called, they came really quickly to where I was and fixed my windshield right up. The man was friendly and he seemed to know exactly what he was doing.

I call Safeview Auto Glass on Monday afternoon and received a call back about 15 minutes later. I had my car scheduled to be fixed the next day between 2-3pm. Mike showed up right at 2pm and had the window replaced in about 20 minutes! I would definitely recommended Safeview Auto Glass, very nice and easy to work with.

Wow, wow and wow! Mike at Safeview is the BEST! I've used Safeview twice now for repairing front windshields on our Toyota 4Runner and most recently my daughters Honda Civic. Not only is Mike much more reasonable than the major franchises but is extremely responsive and stands behind his work 110%. Would HIGHLY recommend Safeview!

He literally showed up to my house within minutes of me calling. My driver side mirror was destroyed after the recent hail storm and Mike helped me to make it to work the next day because of his responsiveness. I’ll always choose Safeview. Had a rock hit my windshield that was going to need full replacement. I was really dreading getting a star crack fixed on my new truck. I thought I would have to make an appt wait a few days and then spend several hours getting service. I was wrong. I called Safe View. They were able to get to me same day and came straight to my house. He fixed the window in about 30 min for a very fair price. Michael was fantastic and totally professional. We made an appointment for glass replacement on a truck on October 11, he came out the next day on October 12, and completed the job very quickly. He was very well priced, straightforward, and honest about the process. I’m already planning on having him replace a cracked windshield on a small RV.

I can vouch for Mike at Safeview Auto Glass. He responded to me very quickly with a very fair price, was friendly and informative about options for my 2000 GMC Sierra, was able to set an appointment at my house (or work) within a coupe of days, and showed up on time and got the job done quickly. He was recommended to me by an auto glass distributor nearby, and was a pleasure to deal with. If your car or truck has a chipped, cracked, or hazy windshield, do yourself a favor and give Mike a call. It's so much easier to see now at night or poor light conditions.

My Subaru Forester had a cracked windshield and the dealership wanted more than $1k to replace it. They said my EyeSight system needed a "special" windshield or else the car would throw codes and require a costly calibration. Mike from Safeview said, "you probably won't need a calibration after I replace your windshield, but even if you do, the cost of both will be less than $1k." True to his word, my Forester didn't throw any codes after the replacement and didn't need a calibration.

However, the shape of the new windshield was *a little* less curved and caused the wiper arm to scrape. Mike came out two more times after I called about it. Once to see what was going on, and one more time to adjust the wiper mount and replace the windshield at no extra cost to me. I don't think he made any money off of my replacement - it seemed more important that he had a satisfied customer. I definitely recommend his service/company and hope you give him a try.

I had my window knocked out by a petty vandal, and needed it replaced. I called all around Austin and Round Rock. Some places wouldn't even respond with a quote! Mike got right back to me AND had the best price. He ordered my replacement, got back to me at the agreed upon time, and came out to my work to replace it. I only gave 5 stars because they don't let you give 10! I hope you don't need a window or windshield replaced, but if you do, give Mike a call. 👍

My car’s front windshield fell casualty to the hail storm a couple days ago. After checking with our insurance they quoted us something over our deductible, luckily my wife had the good sense to shop around. I’m sure glad we did.
Safe View Auto Glass and Mike (I assume the owner) was one of the most pleasant car services I have ever had.
Firstly his quote (and final bill) was half of what the insurance companies suggested company to go through.
Don’t let the professional great UX website fool you, this is a local company that treats you like a human being from end to end.
When I called Mike made it really easy to set up a time and was great about communication of when and price. He even was able to get out to our house earlier.
I know this is a personal choice but we are still wearing masks, when he noticed this he quietly and courteously wore one although he was outside and working, just another testament to his professional and personal character.
The replacement was quick and quality was great. The price was exactly the low quote, no hidden fees or up charges.
Although I hope not to ever have to use this service again, but if I do it will definitely be with Safe View Auto Glass and Mike.

After the dealership told me I had multiple sensors in my windshield and that it would be $1200 to replace, I decided to check out Safeview. Man I'm glad I did! Not only did Mike quote me a replment that was significantly lower, he also told me I didn't have all the sensors the dealership said I did. Mike arrived when he said he would and was done before I knew it.

Mike was so awesome!! I contacted him Thursday, and he was here Friday morning on time. He replaced my windshield right outside in my apartment complex parking lot! Awesome pricing, as well as speedy service! I was also missing a component with my rain sensing windshield and he added that in free of charge. Don’t waste your time or money on big shops who overcharge. Definitely recommend and will use him again in the future!
